Return and Refund Policy

Customized Items: Because of the personalized nature of custom 3D-printed items, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error attributable to M3DPrinting.net.
Standard Items: undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
